The Multi-shiny problem

I don't know if any of you guys have seen it, but some pokemon I've seen/caught have more than one shiny.

For example sneasel is black with pink crystals right? Well my brother has the purple and yellow shiny of it, but my freind has a white one with blue crystals. (Which I disire so badly.) My brother himself has a yellow and purple shiny tiranataur(sp? haven't slept in 32 hours) AND a red and green one. (Normal is green and blue.) Also he has the red garados(spelling again off) and a green one to boot.

Any one else ever have this happen?

I've only caught 3 shinies, but I never encountered this problem. What game is this in?

this is not a problem, there is only one shiny
i can see every sprite in the game, there is only one
